– Earlier this month, WWE Hall of Famer Rowdy Roddy Piper was pulled over in Hollywood, California after a police officer noticed him driving erratically. After taking some field sobriety tests, he was arrested under suspicion of driving under the influence. TMZ.com now reports that the L.A. City Attorney has filed criminal charges against “Hot Rod” for driving under the influence (a misdemeanor) and driving without a valid license. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. Piper’s case goes back in front of a judge this Thursday.
