Vince McMahon Congratulates The Rock, McMahon Talks About His Workout Routine

– Vince McMahon congratulated The Rock for winning the Favorite Cable TV Actor Award for his role in HBO’s Ballers TV series, at the People’s Choice Awards. He posted the following on Twitter:

– Muscle & Fitness has a new article looking at Vince McMahon’s workouts. McMahon said that he trains up to 7 days a week, sometimes doing 2 sessions per day. Vince rotates through a split of chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back, which is his favorite body part to train and his strongest. He said that he then does a CrossFit-inspired workout with battling rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammer swings and sprints.
