Vince McMahon’s WWE Netflix series has reportedly been canceled, reports Denise Salcedo. The series was to be a documentary miniseries chronicling the life and career of McMahon.
Sources tell me that the Vince McMahon Netflix documentary has been pulled & is off the programming spreadsheet at Netflix. A source at Netflix confirmed it no longer being listed on their spreadsheet, another source at Netflix said “that shit’s out of here.” (1/2)

Another source indicated that the project was already “deep” in post-production & that several talent interviews had been done months ago & that millions were spent. I spoke to one of the producers on the project, however they declined to confirm nor deny this story to me. (2/2)

Vince McMahon has been WWE Chairman since 1982 when he bought WWE from his father Vince Sr and his partners. McMahon saw quite a few changes in his company over the last few decades on top of that. All through that, the WWE Chairman continued to adapt to the changing times.
However, many fans now feel that he is out of touch and simply has no idea what is good for a WWE Superstar and their growth. The WWE Chairman is larger than life in many ways and he also has his own oddities and problems as well. He also threatened a WWE star in a recent gym video. Vince McMahon has been accused of an affair.
Vince McMahon has stepped down as CEO of WWE while the investigation is ongoing. His daughter, Stephanie McMahon, has since been moved into his position on an interim basis. McMahon is still in charge of creative for the company.
Connor Schell has stepped down from his position on WWE’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Schell resigned from the Board due to an increased slate of responsibilities resulting from his new, expanded role at the newly formed The North Road Company, a global, multi-genre content studio. Mr. Schell’s decision to resign from the Board was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company, its management, or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
