WWE Chairman Vince McMahon would be furious with referee Drake Weurtz, who has been part of several controversies in the world of wrestling. Fightful recently noted that his duties have been reduced in recent months.
Vince McMahon punished Drake Weutrz?
Weutrz who is formerly the head referee in NXT no longer holds the position as Darryl Sharma has been assigned with the role. Weurtz was also considered for the job of timing matches within NXT. It has been reported that WWE legend Road Dogg played a major role who got Armstrong back in the business. Weurtz was also not offered the back-up timing position. DA Brewer has taken over those duties now.

Following his return he subdued many mannerisms that got him “substantial heat” with many personnels at the Performance Center.
McMahon often punishes his employees one way or the other when he gets mad at them. We will see if Weurtz could get his role back in WWE.
