Vince McMahon Returning With Big Names

WWE Day 1 pay-per-view recently concluded. It was previously noted that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, Producers Bruce Prichard, Adam Pearce and Michael Hayes had all missed last week’s Monday Night Raw taping. It has now been noted by Mike Johnson of PWInsider that the above mentioned names were backstage at the Day 1 PPV in Atlanta and last night’s Monday Night RAW taping. Michael Hayes and Jamie Noble were the producers of the Fatal Five Way at the Day 1 PPV this past Saturday. Vince McMahon had also called AEW star ‘too small’.

List of producers for the event was revealed

Fightful also released a complete list of producers for the main show. It was noted that Tyson Kidd and Molly Holly were responsible for Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan’s women’s title match. Meanwhile, Edge and Miz’s singles match witnessed Beth Phoenix’s return and was put together by Adam Pearce and Michael Hayes.

Shane Helms and Kenny Dykstra worked on RK-Bro’s RAW Tag Team Championship match against Street Profits. Shawn Daivari produced the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship showdown featuring long-time rivals New Day and The Usos.

Chris Park, formerly known as Abyss in TNA, was the agent for Drew McIntyre’s singles bout against Madcap Moss. Speaking about Drew McIntyre, he is officially off the road for WWE pending medical tests on his neck, which we are told are slated for sometime this week. McIntyre was attacked by Happy Corbin backstage after his win at WWE Day 1. WWE announced that McIntyre had suffered a ‘cervical neck strain’, and it seems like this is legitimate. We will have to wait and see when the former WWE Champion is able to make his return.

Vince McMahon appeared on Raw in a backstage segment with Austin Theory, announcing that Theory will be in the Royal Rumble match.
