Vince McMahon returned on Monday’s episode of RAW to address the situation with Roman Reigns. He would book Roman Reigns vs. Sheamus for the WWE Title with a stipulation for the main event of RAW. That stipulation was if Reigns did not win the match then he would be fired.

This marked the first time McMahon appeared on camera since 2014.
Reigns would go onto win the match and become the WWE Champion.
