WWE Chairman Vince McMahon makes the decision of the talents getting the ‘push’. Apparently stars like Mansoor and Humberto Carrillo were teased to get the ‘push’.
As it turns out, it now seems that WWE has changed their plans with the couple of stars. Fans have been wondering the reason why Mansoor was absent on Raw last week, and now they are left wondering where is Humberto Carrillo.
Why did Vince McMahon removed Mansoor and Humberto Carrillo?
It is understood that WWE have changed direction for both of them.PW Insider recently noted why Humberto Carrillo was not featured on this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw.

The changes that were made included the scrapping off the storyline ideas for stars like Mansoor and Humberto Carrillo.
It reported:
“For those who asked why there was no update on Humberto Carrillo, the decision was made to focus on the Ricochet stuff. Much like Mansoor being forgotten a week after he debuted, the decision was made to focus on something else.”
Both Humberto Carrillo and Mansoor were put in a storyline with the United States Champion Sheamus as they had accepted the open challenge issued the Celtic Warrior.
However, they both could not sustain the dominant run of the champion and as an outcome they are both out of the programming.
