Drew McIntyre’s Royal Rumble victory was a genuinely wonderful moment that a vast majority of the WWE Universe is happy about. Be it McIntyre’s fans or his peers, everyone poured in their good wishes to the Chosen One after he finally punched a ticket to the main event of WrestleMania 36.
McIntyre was visibly overwhelmed with emotions after winning the Royal Rumble and that didn’t stop even when he got back to the Gorilla Position. Once McIntyre returned backstage, a certain someone was waiting to congratulate him.
On the latest episode of WWE’s The Bump, they aired rare footage of McIntyre and Vince McMahon sharing a special moment backstage after the former’s victory. The two men shook hands, hugged it out and McMahon congratulated the man of the hour by saying two words: “Let’s GO!”
