The Bar was first put together by Mick Foley when he was RAW General Manager. They turned out to be much better as a tag team than opponents and went on to become one of the best tag teams in the company.
While he spoke to TalkSport, Cesaro revealed that he found out that The Bar split up when he was switched over to RAW during the Superstar Shake-Up. Here is what he said:
“See, I was traded after the Superstar Shakeup. So, I actually thought that The Bar may not have been broken up, you know? You never know! Then, all of a sudden I get a message like ‘Hey, your travel changed,’ and I’m like ‘Ah, OK yeah, guess I’m a RAW guy now!’
The breakup was quite abrupt and it would have been better if Cesaro was warned about it beforehand.
Sheamus has yet to appear on WWE television since Wrestlemania as he is suffering from an injury according to reports. According to Rusev, Sheamus is still in incredible shape.
Regardless of them splitting up, The Bar will be remembered as a very decorated tag team, putting on great matches and having excellent rivalries throughout the years.
