According to Daily Mail, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith reportedly own an impressive $63 million property portfolio despite their current separation. The couple, who have been separated for seven years but remain on good terms, have a substantial real estate portfolio, including multiple properties and mortgages.
Their property holdings include two mansions gifted to their children, Willow and Jaden. Jada currently has her own house in Calabasas, while Will resides in their former mortgage-free $42 million Calabasas mansion, which they built together.
The Smiths have acquired four mortgages worth a total of $11,820,000. Their most recent purchase was a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in the gated Hidden Hills community, acquired in March 2021 for $11.3 million. Ten months after the purchase, they refinanced the property with a $7,345,000 home loan from City National Bank, at a rate of 2.39% for ten years.
Their Hidden Hills home is not in their name but held in a trust, with trustees being Jada’s mother, Adrienna Banfield Norris, and Michelle Morton, a finance expert.
Will and Jada also own a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the same area, purchased in April 2003 for $3.4 million. Jaden, their son, currently lives in this property.
The couple’s daughter, Willow, lives in her four-bedroom hillside Malibu home, which they acquired in August 2020 for $3.1 million. The Smiths have taken out mortgages on both of these properties, totaling $11,820,000 across all four mortgages.
While Will’s oldest son, Trey, still appears to be living with him in Calabasas, the couple’s two other children have been gifted their own homes. The Smiths also own properties in Pennsylvania, bought in the 1990s for under $1 million each, and are rumored to own a luxury cabin in Park City, Utah.
Despite their separation, Jada recently expressed her intention to live with Will again in the future to take care of him as he gets older, emphasizing their enduring bond as life partners. The couple has been married since 1997.
