WrestleMania Ticket News, Obama Comments on Linda McMahon, Punk

– President Obama was campaigning for Linda McMahon’s Senate opponent Richard Blumenthal yesterday and had some things to say about Linda.

“This is the kind of leader you want representing you, somebody you know,” Obama said about Blumenthal. “Somebody who doesn’t just show up and try to get a victory by writing a big check and flooding the airwaves with negative ads.”

Regarding Linda, he said: “I understand she has promised a smack down. And look, there’s no doubt I can see how somebody who has been in professional wrestling would think that they are right at home in the U.S. Senate if they were watching some of the behavior that’s been going on. But the truth is — and Dick understands this –- public service is not a game.”

– CM Punk is now Tweeting on his Twitter at @CMPunk.

– Tickets for WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta, Georgia will go on sale November 13th at 10am EST to the general public. There will be seven price tiers for tickets this year and it’s reported that ringside tickets for this year’s big show will cost more than they ever have in previous years.
