WWE apparently allowing Roman Reigns to ‘take the heat’ for WrestleMania absence

Roman Reigns decided to pull out of WrestleMania 36 as he did not want to risk his health due to COVID-19. Now it seems WWE is letting Reigns take the heat for it.

Details regarding the story were provided by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. They said Reigns was present at WrestleMania and ready to compete. Then The Miz showed up and was sick, which caused quite a mess.

After this, the Usos and Reigns talked and it is not known who urged him to decide, but he did it himself. It was said that he “flagged himself.” It seems instead of taking credit for being responsible, the WWE is letting Roman take the heat for it.

The Usos, who were to face him, and Reigns talked about it and whether they talked him into it, or he came to the conclusion on his own, he flagged himself. And the company also let him take the heat for it, rather than taking the responsibility publicly, even if they didn’t actually make the call.

As reported earlier, Triple H revealed how Reigns will be pulled from the match in a unique way.
