WWE attempting to start NXT Japan

WWE wants NXT to become a global brand and they are especially keen on setting up NXT in Japan. However, they are off to a slow start.

 


 

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE has been trying to start NXT Japan and they are determined. The cultural differences will be the biggest hurdle, but even then, WWE will not give up.

WWE has been attempting to make moves to set up NXT Japan but it’s become very difficult due to Japanese culture. But that was very high on the priority list and a lot of deals were offered and looked into

If WWE manages to establish itself in the Japanese market, it will make NXT an even bigger brand than ever before. The company already has Japanese superstars and eventually might have an entire roster full of Japanese talent.
