WWE fans are in for a treat at this year’s WrestleMania, as Edge is set to take on Finn Balor inside the Hell in a Cell structure. While Edge’s current run with the company may be coming to a close, fans are eagerly anticipating his upcoming match, which could feature some surprises.
One rumored surprise is the appearance of Gangrel, a former WWE superstar who could be brought in to be a part of Edge’s entrance and potentially have a role in the match. This speculation holds weight, as Edge previously used a Brood-inspired entrance for his match with Seth Rollins at SummerSlam 2021.
The highly anticipated contest between Edge and Balor was originally scheduled for the Royal Rumble, but was delayed due to Edge’s filming commitments for his upcoming Disney+ series. Fans were expecting to see Balor’s Demon character take on Edge’s Brood persona inside the intimidating structure at the Royal Rumble, but it seems that this match will now take place at WrestleMania.
With the addition of Gangrel to the mix and the possibility of Damian Priest accompanying Finn Balor, fans are eagerly anticipating what surprises the duo will have in store for their WrestleMania match.
