WWE Call Out ‘Rigged’ Jake Paul Fight

WWE on FOX tweeted out a GIF after Jake Paul knocked out Ben Askren at the Triller Fight Club PPV that raised some eyebrows, after Michael Buffer ‘ruined’ part of the fight. The GIF is of Hulk Hogan and Kevin Nash’s ‘Fingerpoke of Doom’ finish from the infamous January 4, 1999 edition of WCW Nitro, where Nash took the fall for Hogan to reunite the nWo. This would imply that they think Ben Askren took the fall for Paul. You can view the tweet below.

Ric Flair appeared before the Jake Paul fight, judging a slap fight with Pete Davidson. Jake Paul just sent a bold message to John Cena. It’s not often that you hear about John Cena having heat with anyone. To everyone, John Cena is a very stand-up guy with only the best intentions as it were. John Cena is human (even if he can’t be seen) and does have beef with certain people. Now, is the beef for good reason? This is where you decide how you feel about John Cena from here on out. On Twitter, stories started leaking out from every direction about Lacey Von Erich. Lacey went into detail about how she was discovered, how Vince contacted her to start off her career, and even movie trivia. What we are all here for is what she had to say about John Cena who she seems to now distance herself from and for good reason.

Lacey said on the livestream for fans that when WWE had brought her in for a taping, she asked John Cena who he was. This question then made John Cena furious and to this day John does not like her and they do not communicate.

Is the hate that John holds for Lacey warranted? I’m not too sure about that. It seems like something very petty to still be mad about, but to each their own.
