Big E has been on the receiving end of a huge push as a singles star, ever since he was separated from the New Day during last year’s edition of the WWE Draft. He also made a name for himself as part of the New Day stable as well. It seems he has an interesting choice for a possible addition to the group. He is also rumored to lose the title to a top star.
It ended up with Big E winning the Money In The Bank briefcase and then cashing it in on Bobby Lashley in order to become the WWE Champion last month as well.
According to a report from PW Insider, WWE almost made fans have to wait to figure out what would happen with the New Day. In the original plans, Bobby Lashley was going to receive the #1 spot for RAW in the Draft, leaving Big E undrafted until Monday.
The company decided to cancel the plans to hold out and they went with Big E as the #1 pick. Some in WWE believed that fans would tune in to RAW in order to see if WWE placed Big E back with Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston.
