WWE star Jeff Hardy pulled off a cheeky and yet surprising victory against the main roster newcomer and the current NXT Champion Karrion Kross on the last week’s edition of Monday Night Raw. It turns out that WWE had planned a rematch involving both the stars for this week’s show.

But it seems WWE had to cancel the match given that the Charismatic Enigma was unfortunately tested positive for COVID-19. This will sideline the former WWE United States Champion for at least a couple of weeks as he will be in quarantine. The fans were disappointed with the outcome of the match as Kross is the NXT Champion and has been putting some great in display on the black and gold brand. He was not welcomed well on the main roster with the defeat.
Kross is currently in a heated affair with the NXT enforcer Samoa Joe on the third brand and we will have to see what awaits for him on tonight’s episode. After Hardy makes his return, they both are likely to collide in a rematch.
