In a bid to promote the blue brand’s move to the FOX network, Kofi Kingston will defend his WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar on October 4. The Beast made a shocking appearance on the show tonight after The New Day defeated Randy Orton and The Revival.

Paul Heyman issued a challenge on the behalf of his client which the champion proceeded to accept. The Beast Incarnate ended the segment with an F-5 on Kingston.
SmackDown’s premiere on the FOX Network is slated to take place on October 4th. Several legends including  Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sting, Lita, Goldberg are expected to make an appearance.
