WWE considering bringing back Goldberg for match at WrestleMania

Not too long ago it was reported that WWE is trying to make this year’s edition of Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal bigger than the once previously held.

Now it appears that the company Officials are really serious about making this year’s version of the match a ‘show stealer’ by adding a really big name into the mix.

According to reports from The UK Sun, WWE is planning to bring back none other than the former Universal Champion Goldberg to compete in the match.

While it’s not known on which stage these plans are, considering that Goldberg will be around the town for WrestleMania for his scheduled Hall Of Fame induction, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if he shows up at the event as well.

We’ll keep you posted if any more details about the plans for the Annual Battle Royal come to light.

Do it. Make it like a mini-Royal Rumble with surprise entrants.

Can’t trust the UK SUN, Fake News! Why are you using them as a reference!?

  • Nicholas Giambattista

I don’t think so Bill Goldberg in the WWE Hall of Fame probably marks the end of Bill Goldberg in the ring.

  • Arnold Jackson

It would make zero sense to have Goldberg in that match. Winning it would be the only reason to put him in it and that is a huge waste in terms of money to get him to do it and opportunity to push someone new. Who cares if he is in it, when you can barely see anyone in the middle of a battle royal anyway. Just a stupid idea and a stupid post.
