WWE Crown Jewel has been shifted to a smaller arena

WWE’s next Saudi outing just had a major change. The company has made a strange decision and has changed the arena for the upcoming Crown Jewel from Riyadh.

The event was supposed to take place in the King Fahd International Stadium, an arena that had a capacity to hold 65,000 fans in it. However, just a month prior to the event, WWE has decided to change arenas and has shifted to the King Saud University Stadium, a much smaller arena.

The King Saud University Stadium has a capacity of just 25,000; much lesser than the event’s former home. It is not yet known why WWE made such a decision all of a sudden but if one were to guess, it’d probably be because of low ticket sales.

We will keep you updated on this situation as it builds up over the week.
