Sonya Deville has posted a beautiful new hotel room photo, as seen below. Sonya was not seen on WWE television since her loss to Mandy Rose at WWE SummerSlam in a ‘Loser leaves WWE’ match. In actuality, she was taking time off to deal with her stalker case.
Sonya Deville made her surprise return to the company during the first episode of Friday Night Smackdown back in 2021. . Since then she has been busy with her on-screen role alongside Adam Pearce. She also competed against Naomi in a longstanding feud that went on for months.
For a while now, she engaged in a feud with Charlotte Flair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship as well.
Sonya Deville announced that she and her girlfriend, Toni Cassano, are getting married. This all went down in a special interview with People. The WWE Superstar shared that she proposed to Toni on February 15th.
“I could go on for days about the way I feel about this woman, I never knew love could feel so happy and safe all at the same time. I found my best friend, my soul mate and my life partner all in one incredible human. She is the epitome of my ride or die. To be able to show her and her two daughters how much they all mean to me was what this proposal was all about. They are my world and now we are one family forever together.”
The two met last April, and hit it off after that. Sonya Deville also revealed that she spent months designing the ring, and Toni gave her one as well.
