WWE Diva Legend Forced Into Court After Killing…

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch has long been embroiled in legal issues, with her DUI manslaughter case marking a significant turning point in her life. Now, she finds herself summoned as a witness in a fatal DUI crash lawsuit in Florida, adding another layer of complexity to her ongoing legal saga.

Sytch’s troubled history has been marked by repeated incarcerations and a tarnished reputation, exacerbated by her involvement in a fatal three-car crash in 2022, which resulted in a 17-year prison sentence. According to PWInsider, Sytch has been identified as a witness in a jury trial scheduled for July in Florida, stemming from the fatal DUI crash that claimed the life of Julian Lasseter.

The lawsuit, filed by Jana Olivova, a passenger in another impacted car, is set to commence on July 8th before the Circuit Court of Volusia County, Florida. Olivova seeks damages in excess of $50,000. Initially, Olivova sued Sytch, Pente (Sytch’s fiancé at the time of the incident), and her own insurance company, Geico. However, an amended lawsuit filed in July 2023 listed Geico as the sole defendant.

Olivova’s lawsuit alleges that Sytch’s negligence resulted in various bodily injuries and other damages, including permanent injury, pain, suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of earnings, and more. Sytch is listed as a witness who can testify regarding liability in the case, while her former fiancé, Pente, is not listed as a witness.
