WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy Lynn Sytch has had a very rough few years as she has been in and out of jail. It seems she has fallen in trouble with the law once again. She was arrested in New Jersey for unlawful possession of a weapon and terroristic threats. The WWE Hall of Famer has a history of troubling behavior.
According to a report by TMZ Sports, the legal documents revealed that Sunny was arrested in Keansburg, New Jersey. The former WWE Superstar was then booked into the Monmouth County jail A couple of the charges are related to illegally possessing a weapon.
The weapons charges are classified as a third degree offence in the state of New Jersey. Terroristic threats are considered as a fourth degree offence. Sunny has been arrested six times for DUI in the past.
She then allegedly killed a man in a car crash recently. She is now being sued for wrongful death by the family of the man who lost his life in that wreck.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the charges imposed on Tammy and her pending drug test results. He revealed that police are waiting to arrest Tammy.
It’s actually something of a landmark case if and when it goes to court. But anyway that is the basic deal for circuit court. You have to ask for $30K minimum. And then as far as Tammy not being arrested, most likely the reason is just because law enforcement officials are going to wait until her test come back and then if the test come back and they’re also looking for more evidence on the speed the car was going. [The tests] can take a while depending on the situation so it’s not just alcohol but drug test and drug tests can take a while. So, until that comes back, they probably will not arrest her. But that doesn’t mean because they haven’t arrested her, that they are not looking at arresting her.
