WWE Hall of Famer Madusa had paved the way for the future Hall of Famers like Trish Stratus and Lita. Following her induction into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015 and recent performances in AEW and WWE, the concept of Madusa returning for one more match is more popular than ever. She also appeared in a battle royal at WWE Evolution back in 2018. The WWE Hall of Famer recently said that fans are burned out on seeing Trish Stratus and Lita return, but she’s down for it.

Madusa talks about a possible return

In an interview with The Wrestling Perspective Podcast, Madusa was questioned if she will ever return to the ring again. She wasn’t opposed to the notion, but she did express her displeasure with returning female WWE wrestlers:

Who do we always see come back? It’s always Lita and Trish [Stratus]. I’m pretty burnt out over them. I think [Trish and Lita] are great. But there were women before [them], and I’m right here!

The former WWF Women’s Champion commented on her perspective, which stems from her frustrations as a member of the “Lost Era” of American women’s wrestling. It has been noted that WWE Hall of Famer Madusa never formally hung up her boots after leaving WCW in 2001.
