WWE Drop The Rock Bombshell On Smackdown

This week’s edition of WWE SmackDown has been one for the ages with it being the first WWE SmackDown in over a year in front of a live crowd. This show also featured the return of WWE favorite Finn Balor. Also on the show has been the ongoing saga of the Roman Reigns Vs Edge feud as the two will ultimately clash at this Sunday’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view. Is The Rock going to face this controversial WWE star?

However, there was also another development within the Roman Reigns ‘bloodline’ as WWE featured several tweets by WWE stars and famous members of the WWE universe in response to WWE touring back on the road. WWE would feature this tweet by former WWE champion – Dwyane ‘The Rock’ Johnson on the show which read: “‘Congratulations Vince and @WWE Universe on this big milestone. A live audience is and will always be the backbone of WWE. It’s what fuels our mana and I know what this means to all the wrestlers. Welcome back and as I always say, “move the crowd”

Pat McAfee, former NFL player and current WWE color commentator would in addition declare that The Rock is a ‘future President of the United States’. It has been heavily speculated that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson could run for president in 2024 or in other future presidential cycles, of course as of now, this is nothing but pure rumor.
