WWE have had plenty of drama recently, not just surrounding Johnny Ace and Vince McMahon. Sasha Banks and Naomi had walked out of Monday Night RAW due to creative differences. There have been various sides to the story already reported, including that the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions confronted WWE Chairman Vince McMahon over their issue. WWE left that part out of their official narrative, but Banks and Naomi did have words with the boss. In the official statement from the company, it was noted that Sasha Banks and Naomi dropped their tag titles on the desk of John Laurinaitis and left the building.
The former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks was released as per the WrestlingInc and Raj Giri. New reports have emerged that noted her presence on the WWE’s internal roster. WrestleVotes stated that Sasha Banks has indeed been released from her WWE contract. However, PWInsider noted that she is seemingly with WWE. WWE doesn’t care anymore about Sasha Banks walkout. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the backstage opinion of the whole Banks situation has changed. This is because WWE talent no longer care about the whole ordeal.
Sasha Banks and Naomi were removed from the internal roster

It has been reported that the WWE officials handling things on the digital end made no changes on their own. While WWE did edit out a Sasha Banks sign from their gallery, that’s pretty much it. It was previously reported that Sasha Banks’ release has been complete, which gave further grounds for inquiry.
Sasha Banks and Naomi disappeared from other internal rosters as far back as “weeks” ago. However, nobody that we’ve heard from on WWE’s digital end has been prompted to remove them from the official website’s roster. There was an instance where someone was instructed to edit a Sasha Banks related sign from the crowd in the WWE photo gallery.
It has come to light that many WWE stars also believe that Banks has already been released but WWE is yet to confirm. Talents have also not been notified in an official internal email updating them on the situation from Talent Relations. The outlet also inquired about the tweet claiming that Banks’ release was being handled by VP of Business and Legal Affairs for Talent Relations Erika Schreiber.
