WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy Lynn Sytch has had a very rough few years as she has been in and out of jail. It seems she has fallen in trouble with the law once again. She was arrested in New Jersey for unlawful possession of a weapon and terroristic threats. The WWE Hall of Famer has a history of troubling behavior.
According to a report by TMZ Sports, the legal documents revealed that Sunny was arrested in Keansburg, New Jersey. The former WWE Superstar was then booked into the Monmouth County jail A couple of the charges are related to illegally possessing a weapon.
The weapons charges are classified as a third-degree offense in the state of New Jersey. Terroristic threats are considered a fourth-degree offense. Sunny has been arrested six times for DUI in the past.
She then allegedly killed a man in a car crash recently. She is now being sued for wrongful death by the family of the man who lost his life in that wreck. The WWE Hall Of Famer was arrested recently on several charges relating to an accident that killed a 75-year-old man.
Sunny was picked up on charges of DUI manslaughter after toxicology tests confirmed suspicions she was intoxicated. It was further said that Steven deLaroche, who was representing her, requested to withdraw from the case. According to PW Insider, Sytch is requesting a public defender in her case because she is broke.
Tammy Sytch filed a petition with Volusia County Court in Florida on 6/30, seeking to be given “criminal indigent status”, meaning that since she is without sufficient income to afford a lawyer for defense in her criminal case, she is requesting a public defender to assist her in her DUI-related criminal case.
In her petition seeking a public defender, Sytch stated that she has $2,500 in bank accounts, has zero income, and has “total liabilities and debts” totaling $28,000. There is no word if those debts would include the fees and penalties she owes to courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Sytch had been running an OnlyFans page at the time of her arrest.
