Toni Storm is taking indie bookings

Toni Storm is already taking indie bookings as well. It is not known whether she is headed to any pro-wrestling promotion. Previously, during his last stint with WWE, she made her return to on-screen programming back in November of last year and since then fans wanted to see her compete for the Smackdown Women’s Title. They got their wish as she began feuding with Charlotte Flair on Friday Night Smackdown, but that rivalry did not culminate.

Unfortunately, Flair and Storm’s feud was not received warmly and it featured them throwing pies at each other. That was not something fans wanted to see at all. Even after her main roster debut, there was a long period of time where Storm was simply gone from WWE television. WWE having no proper creative direction seemingly piled up frustrations from Storm and she eventually decided to part ways with the company.

Prior to her leaving WWE, Storm would talk about her desire to face veteran WWE female star Natalya during an interview that was conducted in December for WWE Deutschland. Credit to 411 Mania for the following.

“There are so many amazing potential matches. Someone I would like to be in there with, it would be cool to get a match with Nattie. Against Natalya, that would be cool. That’s someone I’ve idolized for a really long time since I was a teenager. A huge role model in my life. Someone that I would like to step into the ring with and see what I could do. It would be a good test for me to see how far I’ve come. That would be a match I’d like to have someday.”
