WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is a pro wrestling legend but he has received some major heat over the years from fans as well as backstage. He has also made controversial remarks which grabbed the headlines and started troubled for him. Recently, former WWE Producer Dan Ryckert blasted ‘The Hullkster.’
Hulk Hogan was heavily criticised
While on “MinnMax“, former WWE producer Dan Ryckert revealed how interacting with Hogan backstage was for him.
“Hulk Hogan’s a massive piece of sh*t,” Ryckert said. “No, he’s a terrible person, but, you know, I kind of worked to some degree with most of the roster I’d say and a lot of legends and stuff. Ultimately, a lot of these people, they’re pros.”
Hogan had been entailed in controversial matters in the past, being removed from the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015 following racist comments and remarks he made while speaking about his daughter, Brooke, dating a black man. Hogan was a judge on the WWE show “Tough Enough” at the time, and was cut from the program and replaced by The Miz as a judge when a video of the incident surfaced. Hogan used the n-word multiple times in the released tape and said, “I guess we’re all a little racist.” Hogan was reinstated into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018 after serving a suspension for three years.
Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth recently updated his fans regarding his portrayal of former WWE star Hulk Hogan in a biopic on Netflix. Chris Hemsworth managed to attain a physique like ‘The Hulkster’ that met with huge praise including the WWE legend himself. The announcement of the biopic on the Hall of Famer was made in 2019. Last year, it was announced that the ‘Thor’ actor would play the role of the Hulkster. In the initial announcement of the actor playing him in the biopic, Hulk Hogan stated that he was impressed with his work in Hollywood. The 68-year-old also had a reality TV series titled Hogan Knows Best featuring his family.
