Welcome to Wrestling-Edge’s June 26, 2020 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw Results. Tonight’s RAW is LIVE from the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida with a live audience of PC Talent along with WWE friends and family amid the Covid-19 nationwide pandemic.
With the WWE Universe still buzzing over the final chapter of WWE Network’s groundbreaking documentary Undertaker: The Last Ride, SmackDown will feature a special “Tribute To The Undertaker” this Friday night.
As part of the special recognition, the astonishing Boneyard Match between The Deadman and AJ Styles will air on television for the first time. As Superstars, legends, celebrities and fans have expressed their support for the sports-entertainment icon, the blue brand now gets to share the same message: Thank you, Taker.
Join tonight’s SmackDown in honoring The Undertaker and much more in another action-packed Friday night on FOX at 8/7 C.

WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW RESULTS (6/26/2020)
Show Opening
We kick off tonight’s June 26th edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown with a video package highlighting The Undertaker and his contribution to the WWE brand over the past several decades.
In-Arena
We enter the Performance Center where the ringside area is surrounded with several wrestlers and WWE superstars as they chant for the Deadman himself, The Undertaker.
Video Clip
A video montage of the Undertaker’s debut at WWF Survivor Series in 1990 is aired.
Broadcaster’s Table
On commentary are Michael Cole and Corey Graves who hype tonight’s encore replay of The Boneyard Match, labeling it “the final match” of the Undertaker… coming up next! We head to commercial break!
Video Clip: Superstars Pay Tribute to the The Dead Man
We return from commercial break to a video clip with WWE Superstars John Cena and Roman Reigns both featured in clips of interviews where they discuss The Undertaker. They state that the bar of respect was the Undertaker, and that the amount of decades that the Taker was top dog was impressive. Cena states that as long as you believe, then the Undertaker will be the Undertaker.
Encore Replay of WrestleMania 36 (Night One): The Undertaker vs AJ Styles
(Boneyard Cinematic Match)We head into the final match for The Undertaker which aired at WrestleMania 36: (Night One) on April 4, 2020. The match begins with a Hurst rolling up with a coffin being removed, inside is AJ Styles who sticks his tongue out and gives the “suck it” gesture. We hear a motorcycle in the distance as The Dead Man makes his entrance. Things are off!
Edge speaks as we come back from the first commercial break, we then return to the action of the Boneyard Match. Finally another commercial break.
As we come back from commercial break once again, we see Kane speak on ‘Taker, as well as Ric Flair who put over The Dead Man. We then we return to the Boneyard Match where Styles calls Undertaker a “nobody” as he proceeds to attack ‘Taker, finally knocking him into a grave. “Ashes to ashes, dust to dust” as he throws dirt on ‘Taker.
We all know better, ‘Taker ain’t done yeeet. Undertaker then comes back, ‘Taker ultimately throws AJ Styles off the roof of the barn, then follows him as we return to commercial break once again.
As we return, Undertaker speaks to AJ Styles, asking him why he’s sorry as AJ pleads, asking not to be buried. ‘Taker tells him he fought his ass off, patting him on the back. “We good brother” he states, then proceeds to shove Styles into the grave, walk over to the John Deer and fire it up, pouring the dirt on top of AJ Styles, then turns it back off.
‘Taker steps down as his signature bell begins to chime, ‘Taker removes moss from the tombstone showing “AJ Styles, 1977-2020” AJ Styles glove poking out through the dirt. ‘Taker rides off on his motorcycle.
Winner: The Undertaker
In-Ring: King Corbin
King Corbin states it was called a “Boneyard Match” because Undertaker was a “bag of bones”. Corbin continues on to state that ‘Taker spent years kissing the ass of a “certain family” and there was a “kiss my ass club” in the WWE where ‘Taker was the founding member. 30 years, that’s impossible, unless you are coddled and protected by the owners.
“Protected for 30 years. You’ve been stealing money from this company for the last 20 years. I think you’re a selfish son of a bitch. You’ve been holding down athletes like me for a long long time.” He then states he has to listen to “Hall of Famers” talk up ‘Taker chanting, “Thank you Taker”.
The crowd then begins chanting it once again. “Mark Calloway, I want to leave you with one final thought, ‘You Suck!'” Suddenly Jeff Hardy comes out and attacks Corbin, kicking him out of the ring. Hardy dares Corbin to re-enter the ring as we head to commercial break!
Backstage: Jeff Hardy
We return live and shoot backstage to an interview segment with Jeff Hardy. Hardy goes on to address to insensitive comments that King Baron Corbin made about The Deadman recently, and vowed to make him pay for it.
Announcer’s Table
The broadcast team hyped Jeff Hardy vs. King Corbin for later in the show, and promise more on the Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt feud.
Backstage
Big E, Kofi Kingston, Lince Dorado, and Gran Metalik bickered with The Miz, John Morrison, Cesaro, and Shinsuke Nakamura while Cole hyped an eight-man tag match. We then head to commercial.
Video Package
We head into another video package highlighting the Undertaker that also featured Triple H and Shawn Michaels who continuously praise him. Triple H spoke about Taker’s loyalty to Vince McMahon and how he’s a locker room leader. “There will never be another,” Triple H states.
Women’s Fatal 4 Way No. 1 Contender Match
Alexa Bliss vs. Nikki Cross vs. Dana Brooke vs. Lacey EvansFrom there, we see Sasha Banks and Bayley wrapping up their entrance as they are going to be on commentary for this next match.
The next match will be a number one contender match to decide the next title challengers for the champions Banks and Bayley.
With that said, Alexa Bliss makes her way down to the ring, followed by Nikki Cross. Then, Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans make their entrances.
These four will square off for the right to face Bayley at Extreme Rules “Horror Show.” The bell sounds and all four ladies square off and stare each other down, before breaking off into groups of two that brawl on opposite sides of the ring.
Nikki Cross and Lacey Evans splinter off into one corner, while Alexa Bliss and Dana Brooke fight in the other. Back and forth action, Dana Brooke to the top rope for a high flying move on Lacey Evans. Nikki Cross gets fired up, going after Dana who shouts, “I want that title!” Bliss back in the ring, slams Dana to the canvas.
Evans clears Bliss from the ring, Cross runs at Lacey Evans. Lacey knocks out Dana, Nikki Cross rolls up Lacey for the three count!
Winner: Nikki Cross
After the Match
Cross celebrates with Bliss as the music hits. Bayley and Banks look on from ringside, taunting them. We go to replays. Cross continues to talk trash with Bayley from the ring.
The New Day and Lucha House Party vs. Cesaro, Shinsuke Nakamura, The Miz, and John Morrison
E to start, he wants one of the Artists but he gets Miz and starts wailing on him! To the apron, clubbing blows, back inside, tags made, Cesaro and Lince Dorado going at it, power vs. speed, lucha wins the day, and they keep the Swiss Cyborg isolated for a beat. Getting Metalik in the corner, working him over, tags to Morrison and Kingston and we go to break soon after. We head to commercial break.
As we return from commercial break, Kofi is in the ring with Morrison, who tags Miz and both men hit a double team Gut Buster. Back in the ring, Miz goes for a cover but Kofi kicks out at two. Miz gets a Neck Lock. Kofi can’t reach Big E for a tag. Both men are down. Kofi reaching for the tag but Nakamura is tagged in first. Nakamura stomps Kofi on the back.
Later, Dorado tags in as Metalik heads off the top onto Morrison. Dorado hits a Shooting Star Press and goes for the cover before everyone gets in the ring, brawling to the outside. Miz on the apron, and Morrison makes the tag. Metalik also gets the tag, Dorado goes to the top rope and takes Morrison off the apron. Metalik then hits a Springboard off the top rope landing an Elbow Drop for the three count!
Winner: Lucha House Party
Backstage w/ King Corbin
We head backstage where we see Corbin stares at his crown. Finally, Corbin puts the crown on. Corbin is informed that his opponent tonight, Jeff Hardy, sees Taker as a mentor. Corbin laughs and asks where did it get Jeff–in and out of jail, in and out of rehab?
Corbin then states that Jeff should follow in the footsteps of the Undertaker and hang it up and says after Corbin is through with Jeff tonight, Jeff can Rest..in..Peace.
Backstage – Braun Strowman
Braun begins discussing his first meeting with Bray Wyatt, and the fear he felt. Grown man fear, that makes you tremble. Strowman states they were by the “disgusting swamp” when a snake slithered out of the water. Braun went to stomp it and Bray told him not to, that it was his friend.
The snake proceeded to bite Bray over and over and he just smiled and laughed, not being poisoned, that’s when Braun knew Bray was the devil himself.
Braun asks Bray to join him back at the swamp. He ends his statement to Bray by saying, “Let’s go home, Bray.”
Bray’s laughter can be heard throughout the Performance Center, Braun then begins to laugh along with Bray, a crazy look in his eyes as we head to commercial.
Jeff Hardy vs. King Corbin
As we return from commercial break, Jeff Hardy’s music sounds in the Performance Center. Hardy makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring. Out next is King Corbin. Corbin makes his way down the ramp and enters the ring with opponent, Hardy. The referee signals for the bell, the bell rings and the match begins!
Hardy immediately heads in at Corbin inside the ring as the match kicks off. Hardy taking out his frustration on Corbin after the comments Corbin made about Hardy’s mentor, The Undertaker. Corbin lands a Back Elbow for the cover. Hardy kicks out at two. Back to his feet, Corbin hits Hardy in the back which drops Hardy to his knee. Corbin then proceeds to kick Hardy, dropping him to the canvas. The crowd begins to shout for Hardy, Corbin upset by this, begins to mock the crowd.
Hardy hits a Clothesline on Corbin from the apron. Hardy attempts a move, Corbin counters it and sends Hardy’s face into the table. Corbin with knees; Hardy whips Corbin into and over the announce table. Hardy onto the apron and hits a diving double Axe Handle to take Corbin down to the mat.
Hardy takes Corbin into the opposite corner and attempts to Irish Whip Corbin into the opposite corner. Hardy goes for the Whisper in the Wind but Corbin dodges it and sends Hardy to the outside, smirking in the middle of the ring. Corbin drops to his knee, holding his hand up Undertaker style as if looking for an urn, laughing as the crowd boos us into a commercial break!
As we return from the commercial break, the ring is now surrounded by the entire Smackdown roster, cheering on Hardy as Hardy is defending the reputation of the Undertaker, apparently. Corbin lands a cover on Hardy, Hardy kicks out at two. Corbin lands several big right hands to Hardy. Dana starts a “Corbin sucks” chant ringside. Hardy gets up to the top turnbuckle, Corbin charges and hits his Misdirection Clothesline. Hardy rolls to ringside. Corbin follows Hardy out of the ring and begins to argue with Strowman.
Corbin smashes Hardy’s face into the plexiglas. He then returns to the ring to re-start the ref’s count. Corbin finally rolls Hardy back in for the cover, Hardy kicks out once again. Corbin with a Chin Lock, Hardy counters, hitting a Jawbreaker. Corbin tries to go for the Chinlock once again but Hardy once again responds with a Jawbreaker. Hardy Clotheslines Corbin followed by the Atomic Drop finishing with a Leg Drop. Basement Dropkick and a cover by Hardy, Corbin kicks out!!
We see Matt Riddle and Drew Gulak as they cheer Hardy on at ringside. Hardy goes up top but Corbin moves out of position. Corbin lands the Deep Six for the cover. Hardy kicks out at two! Both men still on the mat. Hardy rolls to the ringside. Corbin follows him to the outside. Finally Hardy gets Corbin back in the ring, hits the Swanton Bomb, and gets the three count for the win!
Winner: Jeff Hardy
After the Match
Hardy’s celebration is cut short as Corbin comes in and attacks Hardy behind. Kofi tries to save Hardy, but Corbin knocks Kofi out too. Big E comes in behind Corbin and hits the Big Ending! Hardy and Big E signal for Braun to come in. Strowman steps over the top rope, lays down his belt and yells for Corbin to get up. Corbin turns around and right into a Powerslam by Corbin. Hardy calls for Matt Riddle to get involved! It looks like we won’t get the promised Intercontinental Championship bout between Gulak/Styles match until possibly next week.
Riddle goes up top and hits the Floating Bro on Corbin as the faces celebrate with Hardy,. Hardy takes a kneel in respect to the Taker with a picture of the Undertaker in the same pose on the big screen and we end tonight with a big “Thank you, Taker” chant!
