WWE Hall of Famer Begging For AEW Job?

WWE Hall Of Famer The ‘Nature Boy’ Ric Flair is definitely one of the all-time greatest pro wrestlers to have walked on the planet. He is also a man full of controversies and has had trouble with a lot of pro wrestlers and pro wrestling personalities. Ric Flair is also possibly returning for a match in 2022.

One of the previous episodes of Vice’s Dark Side Of The Ring series focused on the infamous Plane Ride From Hell incident and it immediately brought heat on Ric Flair, Tommy Dreamer and others. It seems Ric Flair is not out of the dog house just yet.

Jim Cornette recently spoke on his Jim Cornette Experience podcast, where he talked about Ric Flair saying Bryan Danielson’s in-ring skills are just okay at best. Cornette believes Ric Flair said that so that he could get on Kenny Omega’s good side and get a job in AEW.

“He might want to make Triple H happy because they are friends, or used to be friends, is why he would say that about Bryan Danielson. Why would someone like Ric Flair, that in any other lifetime would not wipe his feet on Kenny Omega, after what he has done? And suddenly, is it because of his match with the prospective son-in-law, or is he hoping that Kenny Omega would get him into AEW because he’s the EVP despite the bad publicity? Why would you make such an outrageous statement when people can themselves can see that Danielson is so many levels ahead of Kenny Omega.”

In other news, Brock Lesnar is undoubtedly one of the most dominant pro wrestlers to have ever competed inside the squared circle. He had two tremendous runs in WWE, both of which resulted in him winning major World Championships and being a huge draw for fans. Brock Lesnar has been absent from WWE television ever since he dropped the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36 last year. Brock Lesnar was also previously called out by a Superstar from Monday Night RAW.
