Jim Ross opens up on the new venture
Ross recently spoke about his plans on his Grilling JR podcast. The veteran AEW commentator said that he plans to call the new venture Black Hat Farms. His partners will include his youngest daughter and her husband, who Ross says will run the day-to-day operations of the farm.
Here is what he said:
“My youngest daughter and her husband and I and another guy, a lawyer, are getting ready to start a cannabis farm. We’re looking at the working title of ‘Black Hat Farms.’ I bought some land in Oklahoma recently for the grow houses and all the things. That’s gonna be their life, that’s a big deal. She’s got a great job in marketing. She’s not gonna quit that, I wouldn’t even let her consider that. So, I’m excited about that for my kids.”
Ross also described how much work there is for whoever is tasked with taking care of his estate. He believes that by sharing the wealth now, he will save his family from future inconvenience. He’s looking out for his family the best way he can:
