WWE Legend Facing Charges For Deadly Crash

WWE Hall of Famer Tamara Lynn Sytch, known by her ring name “Sunny,” recently found herself amid a controversy. She was reportedly involved in a fatal three-car crash on U.S. 1 on Friday, March 25, and Ormond Beach Police stated that the ongoing investigation may result in criminal charges.

 


 

Sunny was reportedly not arrested

The former WWE star had failed to stop the car around 8:28 p.m. while driving southbound on U.S. 1 just north of Granada Boulevard and crashed into a stopped vehicle, which then crashed into the vehicle in front of it. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

For individuals who have inquired regarding claims that Sunny was arrested following the traffic fatality incident on March 25, she has not been arrested and was not arrested on the date of the occurrence. There have been rumors that she has been detained, however, PW Insider has established that this is not the case.

For those who have asked about reports that Tammy Sytch was arrested coming out of the traffic fatality incident on 3/25, Sytch has not been arrested, nor was she arrested the date of the incident.  There are stories making the rounds she was arrested, but PWInsider.com has confirmed that was not the case.

Sytch was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries before being allowed to return home after police obtained a search order and extracted a blood sample for testing. The Ormond Beach Police Department made this plain in a press release.
