Late WWE star Bray Wyatt once helped former WWE star Enzo Amore to get out of trouble with the cops.
Wyatt had faced high expectations when he returned to WWE at Extreme Rules 2022. However, he tragically passed away on August 24 last year. Wyatt passed away at the age of 36, leaving fans and the pro wrestling world in shock.
Enzo Amore recently took to his Instagram and revealed a heartfelt memory of Bray Wyatt on the first anniversary of his passing. He recalled his initial days during his WWE career when Bray Wyatt offered him a ride.
During a trip across Texas, they got pulled over, but the officer, recognizing Wyatt, asked for a photo with him. Wyatt’s kindness and sense of humor left a lasting impression on Amore.
Amore said that he was thankful for Wyatt’s support from their days in FCW to his early WWE days. He described Wyatt as a devoted family man and a true friend, sharing that he still can’t believe that he’s gone. Amore also thanked Wyatt for helping them avoid a ticket and looks forward to meeting him again someday.
”The first time I ever hit the road in the WWE, Windham asked me if I wanted to ride wit em. Of course I wanted to. Windham was hilarious. We drove across the state of Texas, and sure enough we got pulled over. When the cop looked in the car he had no idea who we were… but lucky for us he did know who Bray Wyatt was. He said: “Sir… I’m a huge fan. Do you mind if we take a photo?
Windham put me under his wing, from FCW to my first road loop in WWE. I can never thank him enough.
A father, a son, brother, a husband, a good man… and my friend. I always thought I’d see em again.
Can’t believe it’s been a year you been gone hoot ….
Miss ya briz.
Thanks for getting us out of that ticket.
See ya down the road ”
