Via a wrestling outlet in Australia, (All-Star Wrestling Australia) we were made aware that Charlie Haas did not show up for the show. Even worse, the organization tried multiple times to contact Haas, but to no avail.
It was posted on Facebook yesterday (10/14) that Charlie Haas was not able to be contacted after many attempts. The wrestling outfit not only tried multiple times to contact the star, but they also contacted the airlines in which he was supposed to board onto, but also to no avail.
As of right now, there is no word on Charlie Haas from the organization. They currently are offering up refunds for those who purchased tickets for the shows that Hass was going to be apart of.
The post (which you can see below) said: “Yesterday we were disappointed to find out that Charlie Haas who was scheduled to appear for our October 14th, 15th and 16th events did not arrive at his scheduled arrival time, attempts to reach Charlie by our team and his management were not successful, we all were genuinely concerned about Charlie’s well being. We attempted to contact flight agencies, airlines and even had a member of our staff waiting at the airport for Charlie for over 2 hours, we and his management still don’t know the full story but what we do know is that Charlie did not board his flight to Australia and did not attempt to at any point.”
The last social media activity by Charlie Haas was on October 12th when he retweeted a picture of Team Angle, a stable he was part of alongside Kurt Angle and Shelton Benjamin, dominating the Smackdown brand in 2003. There have been no extra words about where Charlie Haas is or his well-being, but we certainly hope that he is okay and this is all just one big misunderstanding.
