WWE Lose Two Ex-Champions Before Raw?

Rey Mysterio is the best-known masked superstar in WWE’s history. The Luchador has had his fair share of troubles with his son, Dominik Mysterio. Rey wanted to retire, but Triple H asked him to move to a different brand and so he changed over to SmackDown.

It looks like he may have problems with the blue brand too. According to a report from Ringside News, Rey Mysterio was backstage this week but wasn’t used. The reason behind the same is unknown, but the scuttlebutt confirms that he was in a walking boot.

Rey Mysterio was backstage in a walking boot. So he has a short term injury.

Rey Mysterio is working on the blue brand effectively, and he knows the way to make any storyline interesting. His health has been a cause of concern over the years, but a walking boot prohibits him from doing any in-ring or high-flying action. No one knows the extent of the injury at this time.

WWE superstars are prone to injury and there’s a list of them doing action without caring about their own health and safety. Rey is one superstar who turns 48 soon, and he still continues to do the action with the same effectiveness as he did when he started in the business.

Kevin Owens also appeared to hurt his knee during a match with Austin Theory over the weekend at a live event, dropping down to a knee and the match being prematurely ended with a stunner. Owens limped out after the match with help from a referee. Owens suffered an MCL sprain according to F4Wonline.com.
