WWE might plan to use released Superstars on TV

WWE recently released several WWE Superstars and members of staff. They have released over one hundred employees during the recent mass exodus. However, it seems some WWE Superstars might not be completely gone yet.

Every single main roster talent who was released was given a 90-day non-compete clause. So they will be paid for the next three months.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that since the performers were being paid, WWE will most likely be making them appear on WWE television. Talents including Drake Maverick will continue to be booked for the next three months.

WWE has never previously used Superstars whom they have released, but that might change due to the current world situation. We will have to see how the performers will be booked until then.
