WWE Monday Night RAW results from 2/13/17

Here are the results form tonight’s (Mon. February 13, 2017) episode of WWE Monday Night RAW (courtesy of PWInsider):

 


 

Tonight’s show starts off with a graphic In Memory of Chavo Guerrero Sr, who passed away over the weekend.

We are in Las Vegas, Nevada and your announcers are Michael Cole, Byron Saxton, and Corey Graves.

Stephanie McMahon comes to the ring.

She welcomes everyone to Raw, as only Stephanie can.  Stephanie says Mick was a little tired and overworked last week.  That is why he embarrassed himself so much with Samoa Joe’s contract signing.  Stephanie says she has been benevolent and given Mick the week off.  He better have his priorities in place next week.  Stephanie says she is running things tonight.

Roman Reigns comes to the ring.

Roman says he will keep this short and sweet.  He is not waiting for Fastlane, he wants Braun Strowman right now.

Stephanie says since she is running Raw tonight, it is not about her, it is about the people watching Raw.  She asks if people want to see the match at Fastlane or tonight.

Stephanie says the people do not care about Roman.  They do not care that you were beaten to a pulp last week.  Stephanie says she cares about Roman.

Roman says he does not care about what anyone thinks, especially Stephanie.

Stephanie says Roman will have to wait to face Braun Strowman because Brawn is going to face Mark Henry.

Roman likes that match and he says maybe he will come out and watch that match.

Stephanie says if Roman lays a hand on Braun, she will take away his match at Fastlane and maybe he will keep Roman off Wrestlemania.

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows make their way to the stage.

Karl apologizes for interrupting but they could not sit in the back and listen to Roman disrespecting Stephanie any longer.  Luke tells Roman you can’t always get what you want.  Karl says Roman is not used to being told no.  He says that Braun cannot have Strowman.  Luke suggests they go two on one against Roman Reigns.

Stephanie says in honor of Teddy Long being inducted into the Hall of Fame, we have a handicap match.

Roman attacks Luke and Karl before they can get to the ring and Roman punches Anderson while officials hold their arms up.  Gallows sends Roman into the apron and we go to commercial.

Match Number One:  Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson versus Roman Reigns

The match is joined in progress and Gallows with a series of uppercuts.  Anderson tags in and they hit a belly-to-back suplex and neck breaker combination for a near fall.  Anderson with a reverse chin lock.  Anderson with a kick but Reigns with punches.  Reigns with a punch to Gallows on the apron and Anderson misses a charge into the corner and goes into the ring post.  Reigns with two clotheslines and a flying clothesline.  Roman with NeverEnding Story to Anderson.  Reigns with an uppercut to Gallows on the apron and a boot to Anderson.  

Reigns sets for the Superman punch but Gallows gets on the apron and Reigns with an uppercut.  Anderson with a rollup for a near fall.  Reigns with a Superman punch.  Gallows hits Reigns from behind and then Anderson and Gallows double team Reigns.  Anderson holds Reigns and Gallows punches him.

The referee calls for the bell.

Winner:  Roman Reigns (by Disqualification)

After the match, Gallows and Anderson set for Magic Killer but Reigns blocks it and Reigns kicks Anderson and suplexes Gallows.  Gallows is sent to the floor and Reigns with a Superman punch to Gallows.  Anderson tries to use a chair but Reigns kicks Anderson before he can use it.

We see a video package showing the List.

We go to commercial.

We are back and The New Day come out and they say that Bo Dallas looks lonely in the ring and maybe he is a “Social Outcast’.

They say that they have plans for the fans.  They will show the blueprints for the New Day Ice Cream Machine.

Match Number Two:  Bo Dallas versus Kofi Kingston (with Xavier Woods and Big E)

Bo goes after Kofi but Kofi moves and Kofi with a drop kick after the crowd chants for ice cream.  Bo goes to the floor and Xavier and Big E laugh at Bo.  Bo starts to dance and then he takes the blueprints.  Kofi with a plancha and then he sends Bo back into the ring.  Bo with a kick and then he hits the hanging swinging neck breaker for a near fall.  Bo gets another near fall.  Kofi with SOS for the three count.

Winner:  Kofi Kingston

Neville is interviewed and he is asked about Jack Gallagher.  Neville says that TJ Perkins is more of a threat than Jack Gallagher.

Jack enters and he says that he got an idea after hearing Neville. 

Neville tells Gallagher to take a long hard look in the mirror.  Neville says that Jack is not on his level.

Jack tells Neville to calm down and they will find out at Fastlane.  Jack says maybe the people don’t like Neville because he is a pillock.

We go to commercial with footage from Hell in a Cell.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Three:  Noam Dar (with Alicia Fox) versus Jack Gallagher

They lock up and Gallagher with a clean break.  Dar and Gallagher with a wrist lock and Gallagher with a top wrist lock.  Dar with a single leg take down and Gallagher spins to get out of the hold.  Gallagher with a single leg take down and Gallagher with a cartwheel when Dar tries to escape.  Dar with a kick to the shin.  Dar with a kick and punch to Gallagher.  Dar with shoulders in the corner.  Dar with a step over toe hold and an elbow drop to the leg.  Gallagher with a punch but Dar with a European uppercut and he gets a near fall.

Gallagher with a forearm and then Gallagher floats over.  Dar with a double leg take down and Gallagher powers out of the hold.  Gallagher with drop kicks.  Dar goes through the legs but Gallagher with a head butt and Dar goes down.  Gallagher with a running drop kick for the three count.

Winner:  Jack Gallagher

After the match, Neville’s pyro goes off and he sulks onto the stage.

A limo pulls up to the arena and we see Samoa Joe emerge with Triple H.

We are told that Emma is coming next.

We go to commercial.

We have more Kevin and Chris footage.

Emmalina makes her way onto the stage.

She says for 17 weeks, you have waited for the makeover of Emma to Emmalina.  Here she is.

Now, you will see the makeover from Emmalina to Emma.

She walks to the back.

We go to the back for an interview with Bayley.  Bayley is asked if she is ready.  Bayley says she is nervous but it is a good nervous.  Bayley says she is where Lita and Trish were.  She mentions that she is in the main event of Raw.  Stephanie does not believe in her.  Charlotte says she does not belong here.  Bayley says she came close at the Royal Rumble.  Bayley says she is going to hit the jackpot tonight.  She is going to win the Raw Women’s championship.

Chris and Kevin talk about the Festival of Friendship.  

Triple H stops by and he tells Kevin he needs to talk to him.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Triple H and Kevin Owens are talking in the one part of the building that is not miced for sound.

Match Number Four:  Mark Henry versus Braun Strowman

Mark and Braun stand opposite each other and words for each other.  They lock up and go to a stalemate.  They lock up again and go to another stalemate.  Strowman with a knee and punches to Henry.  Henry blocks a punch and connects with punches of his own.  Henry with a shoulder in the corner.  The referee pulls Henry out of the corner and Strowman with a jab and a clothesline.  Strowman with a forearm to Henry followed by a head butt.  Strowman with a kick to the ribs.

Strowman with a rear chin lock.  Strowman with a forearm across the chest.  Henry blocks a forearm to the chest and he works on the arm.  Henry with punches.  Henry with a body block.  Henry with a splash into the corner.  Henry with another splash and then he tries to slam Strowman but Strowman is able to counter and Henry cannot keep Strowman up.  Strowman with a drop kick.  Strowman with a power slam for the three count.

Winner:  Braun Strowman

After the match, Roman Reigns’ music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Strowman knocks Reigns off the apron and then he tells Roman to come get him.

Reigns drops Strowman on the top rope and hits Strowman with a Superman punch but Strowman stays on his feet.  Roman with a second Superman punch and Strowman falls to his knees.  Roman goes for a spear but Strowman with a power slam.

Samoa Joe is in the back getting ready for his interview with Michael Cole.

We see footage from Roadblock and the match between Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns.

We are back and Bayley is with Sheamus and Cesaro.

Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady show up.

Sheamus says he cannot speak about what happened last week.  They should not have been out there and he should have kicked in your ferret head.

Colin says he has his partner’s back.

Enzo tells Cesaro and Sheamus to do something about it.

Cesaro says that he’s got it.

Michael Cole is with Samoa Joe.  Joe agrees with the idea of dishonorable tactics.  He did not come here to curry favor and make friends.  The only person’s opinion he cares about is Triple H.

Michael asks Joe why did Triple H take him from NXT to Raw now?  Joe says his results speak for Hunter’s actions.

Cole asks if Triple H is scared of Seth Rollins.

Joe says Triple H does not have to justify the reason why Joe is here.  Many have come from NXT, but none on his level.  He has laid waste all over the wrestling world for 18 years because they were afraid to bring him in.

Joe says Seth was the crown jewel of Raw and he could not last for more than two minutes with him.  Joe says he will destroy anyone who gets in his way.  Because of him, Seth will miss Wrestlemania for the second year in a row.

Cole mentions that Seth said he will come back and slay the king.

Joe asks if the interview is about him or Triple H and it is annoying to hear so much talk about Triple H.  Joe says he has no qualms about putting Seth back on the shelf when he comes back.

Cole asks Joe about his debut match on Raw.  Joe says he beat Roman Reigns.  For two weeks, he beat The Man and The Guy.  For eighteen years, he beat up everyone else.  He is going to take everything from everyone.  Joe says this is not a flash in the pan like Sami Zayn who is happy to be here.  No one can stand toe to toe with him.  

Cole mentions others who have been put in this position by Triple H.  Cole mentions Shawn Michaels, Batista, Randy Orton, and Seth Rollins.  Cole mentions that there were problems in those relationships.

Joe says there is a difference.  They all needed to be propped up by Triple H and helped by him.  Joe says he does not need that.  He can do it on his own.  Joe says he knows what is best for business.  For anyone who gets in his way, they will learn why the Creator unleashed The Destroyer.

Joe gets up and leaves the room.

Match Number Five:  Sami Zayn versus Rusev (with Lana)

They lock up and Zayn gets out of the corner.  They lock up again and Rusev backs Zayn into the corner but Zayn escapes.  Rusev misses a round kick.  Rusev with a waist lock take down.  Rusev with a reverse chin lock and take down.  Zayn with chops but Rusev with punches to stop Zayn.  Zayn leaps over Rusev and hits a drop kick that sends Rusev to the floor.  Zayn with a plancha onto Rusev.  Zayn sends Rusev back into the ring and Zayn goes for a slingshot move but Rusev with a jumping thrust kick and Zayn goes to the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Rusev with a forearm to the kidneys.  We see footage from the commercial break when Rusev hit a drop kick.  Rusev with a bear hug.  Zayn with a punch and he goes for a cross body but Rusev catches him and Rusev with knees to the back followed by a fallaway slam.  Rusev’s mask comes off and he puts it back on before continuing the assault on Zayn.  Rusev puts zayn on the turnbuckles.  Zayn with forearms to the back when Rusev climbs the turnbuckles.  Zayn with a head butt to send Rusev to the mat.  Zayn goes up top and leaps over Rusev but Rusev with a round kick for a near fall.  Rusev with a series of near falls.  

Rusev with a splash into the corner.  Zayn with a slap that does not have much behind it.  Rusev punches Zayn and Irish whips him and hits a splash into the corner.  Rusev goes for a splash into the corner but Zayn ducks and Rusev goes into the ring post and falls to the floor.  Zayn goes to the apron and Rusev grabs the leg.  Zayn kicks Rusev away but Rusev with a clothesline.  

Rusev returns to the ring and Zayn with a Helluva Kick for the three count.

Winner:  Sami Zayn

After the match, Sami is interviewed on the stage and he is asked if this win is a confidence booster.  Zayn says he had a lot of momentum going into the title match last week and it sucked that he lost.  Tonight is a step in the right direction.  This was a huge win over a huge opponent.  It is about coming back after a tough loss.  It is about being beaten down and not staying down.  Sami says that Samoa Joe is no Sami Zayn.  Sami Zayn does not clean up other people’s messes.  He does not take short cuts and he sure as hell does not sell out.

Sami says this time of year, there is only one thing on everyone’s mind.  That is Wrestlemania.

Samoa Joe’s music plays and Zayn looks at the entrance but Joe attacks from the side and he knocks Zayn down.  Joe sends Zayn into the wall of the Tron and then Joe with the Kokina Clutch on Zayn.

Charlotte is getting ready for her match later tonight against Bayley.

We go to commercial.

We are back with the announcement that Teddy Long will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Match Number Six:  Akira Tozawa versus Ariya Daivari

Tozawa screams before they lock up and Daivari with a side head lock and shoulder tackle.  Tozawa blocks a punch and he chops Daivari.  They go back and forth with chops.  Tozawa fakes Daivari out with a chop and he connects with a jab.  Tozawa with a snap mare and kick followed by a back senton and he gets a near fall.  Daivari sends Tozawa into the turnbuckles and then he hits the short arm clothesline but Tozawa kicks out.  Daivari punches Tozawa and connects with a knee drop and he gets a near fall.  

Daivari with a sleeper and then he connects with forearms.  Tozawa with a head scissors and then Tozawa with a running forearm to knock Daivari off the apron.  Tozawa with a suicide dive and he sends Daivari back into the ring.  Tozawa leaps over Daivari from the turnbuckles and Tozawa with a German suplex and bridge for the three count.

Winner:  Akira Tozawa

We see what happened last week on Raw between Jericho and Owens.

We are back and Chris Jericho is on the TitanTron and he introduces the Festival of Friendship.

 Chris Jericho joins the showgirls on the stage.  Chris introduces Kevin Owens and he does not look to be in a festival mood.
 Chris says it is time for the fun to begin.  Chris says there is a lot to do and a lot of gifts to be given.

Chris says he wanted to have something made that would epitomize their friendship.  Chris says he met with Ralph Guggenheim to make a piece of art for them.  We see the Art of Jericho and it appers to be two people interwoven and embracing.  Kevin wants to know what it is and Chris says it shows how intertwined they are.  Chris says this cost him $7,000.

Kevin says that’s a steal.  

Chris says there is no interpretation necessary for the next gift.  It is a painting of the Creation Of Kevin.

Kevin asks what Chris called it and Chris says this would look great on your mantle.  Kevin says he has two kids and they cannot see this.  Kevin points out that Chris has no pants on.  Chris says this is art.  It takes time to get used to.

The next thing appeals to everyone.  When you think of Team Kevin and Chris, you think of magic.  That is why Chris hired the best magician. He brings out Friendship the Magician.

Kevin says he got his nine year old a magic set for his birthday and he can do the same tricks.

Chris says that was not impressive so Friendship is ON THE LIST.

Kevin asks Chris where did he find that magician and Chris says he found him on Craig’s List.

Chris says the next gift is the big one.  He is going to make sure that Goldberg does not make it to Fastlane.

Chris says he is calling Goldberg down to the ring and he says that Goldberg is going to get . . . 

We go to commercial.

We are back and Chris says IT.  Chris tells Goldberg to come down now.

Goldberg’s music plays and Duane Gill makes his way to the ring and he is adorned by sparklers and a fire extinguisher.

Owens goes up the ramp and he punches Gill and kicks him in the head.  Owens sends Gill into the apron matrix board.

Owens tells Chris he thought the whole point was to get Goldberg out here so they can beat the hell out of him together.  Instead they get Gillberg?  Kevin says he does not understand this.

Chris says he thought the Gillberg thing was funny.  Chris says he did this for Kevin.  He wanted to show Kevin how much he meant to him as a friend.  Chris says he has had a great time working with Kevin and being his partner.  This has been the best year of his career.  Chris says he had a lot of friends and partners in the ring, but he never had as much chemistry as he did with Kevin.

Chris says he guarantees that Kevin beats Goldberg at Fastlane.  Chris says he always has his back.  Chris says he has Kevin’s back at Fastlane.  

Kevin says this wasn’t what he expected and this was great.  They hug.

Kevin says he knows that Chris has his back against Goldberg and he knows that he will walk out of Fastlane as champion.  He has something for Chris but it is nothing like what Chris got for him.  Kevin gives Chris his present and Chris says is perfect.  It is a new list.  Chris asks why is Kevin’s name on it.

Kevin punches Jericho and kicks him.  Owens hits Jericho with the List of KO and he sends Jericho into the ringside barrier.  Kevin sends Jericho into the apron.  Owens power bombs Jericho onto the apron. 

Officials finally show up, but we know that does not mean the attack is over.  Owens pulls Jericho into the ring and he sends Jericho into the Jeritron 6000.

Owens leaves the ring.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a look back at the Death of a Friendship in Two Parts starring Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho.

Chris Jericho is being put in an ambulance to be transported to the hospital.

We take a look at what happened last week when Cesaro and Sheamus had their rematch and was screwed up by Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady.

Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady come out and do their entrance.

Enzo says he will give everyone his Cesaro analysis.  One minute you claim to be the Swiss Superman.  The next minute, you come out like James Bond.  The next minute, you rip off you velvet breakaway and you look like a Baywatch Lifeguard.  He will save Cesaro the Hasselhoff and you can let your Baewatch.  You will swiss miss because you choke a lot.

Colin says they will top this off with some marshmallows.  Colin does a spelling lesson for Cesaro.

Match Number Seven:  Enzo Amore (with Colin Cassady) versus Cesaro (with Sheamus)

Enzo avoids Cesaro when Cesaro wants to lock up.  Enzo with jabs to Cesaro but Cesaro with a European uppercut that is very European.  Cesaro with a delayed gutwrench suplex and then he tries to send Enzo to the floor but Enzo stays in the ring and then he goes to the floor.  Enzo tries for a sunset fip but Cesaro uses his amazing balance to stay on his feet and he picks up Enzo by the throat and hits a back breaker.  Cesaro with a double stomp.  Cesaro with an Irish whip and running European uppercut.  Cesaro with another European uppercut after an Irish whip.  Cesaro runs into a boot and then Enzo with a DDT.  Cesaro with a pop up European uppercut for the three count.

Winner:  Cesaro

After the match, Cesaro has to hold Sheamus back and keep him from going after Colin.

We see Charlotte walking in the back when she sees Sasha Banks.  She says it is great to see them let Sasha watch in the back.  She would have banned Sasha from the building. 

Sasha says that she will beat Charlotte any time she wants.

Charlotte says that Sasha will sit there and watch her do what Sasha could not . . . win.

We go to commercial

Match Number Eight:  Bayley versus Charlotte for the Raw Women’s Title

They lock up and Charlotte with a clean break.  They lock up again and Charlotte with a wrist lock.  She takes Bayley to the mat.  Charlotte sends Bayley to the mat.  Bayley with a rollup when Charlotte poses and loses focus.  Bayley with an arm drag into an arm bar.  Bayley with a wrist lock and Bayley rolls through with Charlotte to maintain the hold.  Bayley with a near fall and Charlotte gets to the ropes.  Charlotte pushes Bayley and Bayley pushes back.

Charlotte goes to the floor and we go to commercial.

We are back and Charlotte with a knee and she send Bayley into the turnbuckles and Bayley Bayleys Up.  Bayley sends Charlotte into the turnbuckles and Charlotte goes to a knee.  Bayley with a triple jump cross body for a near fall.  Charlotte with a waist lock but Bayley with a standing switch.  Charlotte with a standing switch and she sends Bayley head first into the bottom turnbuckle with a rollup attempt.  Charlotte slams Bayley’s head into the mat and connects with a series of forearms.  Charlotte chokes Bayley in the ropes.

Charlotte with a reverse chin lock as she swings Bayley around to add more pressure to the neck.  Bayley with a jaw breaker.  Bayley with an uppercut.  Charlotte with a back breaker and a neck breaker followed by a chin lock as she has Bayley on her back.  Bayley with elbows to the back of the head to try to escape but Charlotte with a neck breaker.  Charlotte gets a near fall.  Charlotte with a knee drop.  Charlotte pulls the knee pad down for a Flair knee drop.  Charlotte with an Irish whip and chop when Bayley comes out of the corner.  Charlotte with a Dragon Sleeper.  Bayley tries to get to the ropes and she tries to go to the turnbuckles and she reverses the hold.  Bayley with a drop kick that sends Charlotte into the turnbuckles.

Charlotte with an Irish whip and Bayley goes to the apron when Charlotte charges into the corner.  Charlotte with a running boot to knock Bayley off the apron.  Charlotte kicks Bayley in the face and it sends Bayley’s head into the ringside barrier.  Charlotte goes onto the ringside barrier and she hits a moonsault onto Bayley.  Charlotte gets a near fall when they return to the ring.  Charlotte chops Bayley but Bayley with a forearm.  Bayley blocks a kick and connects with forearms.  Charlotte with a chop and boot to the back of the head.  Both women go for a cross body at the same time and both are down.

Bayley with running double sledges followed by a clothesline.  Bayley with shoulders in the corner but Charlotte blocks a second attempt.  Bayley with a suplex and then she hits a corkscrew elbow off the turnbuckles for a near fall.  Charlotte goes to the apron and Bayley with a cutter in the ropes.  Charlotte with a knee to the head.  Bayley with a Saito suplex and then Bayley goes up top for an elbow drop but Charlotte kicks out.  Charlotte does the Flair flip on an Irish whip and she connects with a shoulder.

Charlotte goes up top and because she is a Flair, she is stopped on the turnbuckles.  Bayley sets for a Frankensteiner and she connects.  Bayley gets a near fall.  Bayley sets for the belly-to-belly but Dana Brooke goes to the apron.  Charlote goes for a rollup but Bayley rolls through.  Bayley with a figure four leg lock and Dana rakes the eyes to get Bayley to release the hold.

Charlotte with a single leg take down and she applies the figure four leg lock and Charlotte taps.

Sasha Banks hits Dana and Charlotte with the crutch.  

Bayley with a belly-to-belly suplex for the three count.

Winner:  Bayley

After the match, Bayley and Sasha Banks celebrate in the ring and then Bayley celebrates with the fans at ringside.
