Another episode of WWE NXT will be taking place this Wednesday. It will be held at the WWE Performance Center without an audience. It seems this week’s episode will be different.
According to a report by PW Insider, this week’s NXT will take place in a different format. Here is what WWE said regarding the change:
“Tomorrow night’s NXT will air as regularly scheduled in a modified format with elements ranging from in-depth character profiles and story breakdowns as well as never-before-seen interviews and content.”
So the company will not be airing any live matches for this episode. Instead of that, they will be focusing on various elements in order to build characters.
It will be interesting to see how WWE does with this format and if it will be a permanent change for the near future.
