It is quite the time for be a fan of WWE NXT as it as announced by the General Manager of the black and gold brand, William Regal that NXT will be setting up another TakeOver mega-event. This TakeOver will be called NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and it will be a two night extravaganza. Night One will be take place on Wednesday, April 7th on the USA Network while Night Two of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver will air exclusively on NBC’s Peacock streaming service in the United States and on the WWE Network internationally. This WWE NXT top star recently hinted at an AEW debut.
According to FightFul.com‘s official Twitter account, two major main events will be taking place during this show. That will be Adam Cole vs. Kyle O’Reilly and Finn Balor vs. Karrion Kross.
It’s also being reported that the Wednesday Night Wars could still be back on as while the Walt Disney Company announced a seven-year agreement with that National Hockey League (NHL) worth four-hundred million dollars, there is allegedly another rights agreement going on that takes streaming and the NHL playoff into account. However, in respect to the NHL streaming rights, that is covered in the Disney/ESPN deal as several NHL games will be airing, available to stream on ESPN+ with their over-the-top season streaming service, NHL.TV to be integrated into the ESPN+ platform by next season.
The WWE NXT show is expected to move to Tuesdays due to shutting down of the NBC Sports Network, where NHL games were previously airing.
