WWE opposing trademark filings from the Revival

The Revival had filed for a number of trademarks before their release from WWE but it appears that the company is not willing to let them win the trademarks so easily.

According to reports from PWinsider, the company has filed an opposition to the duo’s application to trademark terms like “No Flips, Just Fists,” “#FTRKO” and “Say Yeah”.

The officials filed the application two days after the trademark filling became eligible for the opposition. They were granted a 90-day extension to prepare their opposition and they now have time until August 26 to make their claims.

It’s worth mentioning here that WWE themselves have filed for a number of trademark applications to stop the Revival from using them in other companies.

The terms they are trying to trademark include the names The Mechanics which was the original NXT name of the two and “No Flips Just Fists” phrase which is the same as The Revival, without the commas.
