WWE possibly considering Fastlane PPV match for #DIY

As seen on this week’s WWE television, four top NXT Superstars made their main roster debuts appearing on both RAW and SmackDown LIVE. The decision apparently was made late last week, and even Triple H wasn’t aware of plans due to a communication issue between himself and Vince McMahon.

It seems that WWE has plans for these four new superstars, unlike the previous batch of NXT call-ups who are mostly forgotten, barring Lacey Evans.

On the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed the call-ups and mentioned that it appears as though #DIY will continue their main roster push and will be working a program with RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival.  According to the report, it looks like the two teams could face off again at the upcoming Fastlane PPV.

Fastlane takes place on March 10th in Cleveland, Ohio. Interestingly enough, Cleveland happens to be the hometown of #DIY member Johnny Gargano. Having Gargano wrestle on a PPV in his hometown is bound to sell a lot of tickets as he is loved there.

We will keep you updated as we get to know more about #DIY’s Fastlane status.

This is actually good for both teams because they know each other so well already.

“There’s nothing better than solid tag matches!”
Eh? Tag team wrestling, as good as it is, is always secondary to singles matches.
Singles matches are far more popular.

WWE has no choice but to up their Tag Division as it’s the worst in all of pro wrestling and AEW will kill them when it comes to this! There’s nothing better than solid tag matches!
