WWE possibly considering heel turn for RAW Champion

WWE has several stories going on currently and some of them could be seeing changes. This includes a possible heel turn for a Superstar.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about WWE previously wanting to turn Apollo Crews heel. With MVP’s desire to be his manager, it seems WWE has the opportunity to turn him heel.

Meltzer said that he would not be surprised if the company did turn him heel. When Apollo Crews suffered a knee injury, Meltzer thought the idea would be for him to return as a heel and he was told that as well by a source in WWE.

Crews is currently the United States Champion. He successfully defended his title against Andrade at Backlash recently, so it seems he will be remaining a babyface for the time being. However, a well-timed heel turn could do him wonders as teaming up with MVP will certainly give him a manager who is highly skilled on the mic.
