WWE possibly considering ”Queen Of The Ring” all-women’s pay-per-view next year

Ever since the women’s revolution in WWE started, female superstars have been getting more opportunities, taking part in historic matches and making headlines. From the first female Hell in a Cell match to the upcoming first-ever women’s TLC match featuring Asuka, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, women’s wrestling is the best it has ever been right now.

It seems another gimmick will be introduced for the female superstars in 2019. According to the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer discussed the possibility of WWE introducing the King of the Ring tournament for the women.

According to Dave, there are talks of having a “Queen of the Ring” tournament next year. He noted that it was only an idea being thrown around at this point. However, WWE is definitely looking for ideas for yet another all-female pay-per-view in 2019.

WWE Evolution was the first-ever all-female pay-per-view, which took place in October. This would be the second event to be exclusive to female superstars.
