7. Braun Strowman

“The Monster Among Men” had somewhat of a rough week. Finally getting his shot at Roman Reigns at Hell in a Cell, Braun was, arguably, screwed out of the WWE Universal Title by Brock Lesnar, who interfered in the match and left both superstars laying, causing the match to end in a no-contest.  Strowman dominated the champion for most of the match and looked poised to finally win his first title in the company. However, for the second year in a row, the Money in the Bank winner failed to cash-in successfully.

Then, on Raw, instead of getting his one-on-one rematch with the champ in the future, Constable Corbin informed Strowman and Reigns that they will be involved in a triple threat match at WWE’s Crown Jewel, held in Saudi Arabia in November, with Brock Lesnar.

Before Crown Jewel, however, Strowman is slated for a huge six-man tag match at WWE’s Super Show-Down, where he, Drew McIntyre, and Dolph Ziggler will square off with The Shield. Even with the loss at Hell in a Cell, Strowman is one of the most dominant superstars this company has seen in years. With several matchups with the Universal Champ on the horizon, Braun has a chance to solidify his role as one of the top superstars in the company and sky-rocket up our Rankings.
