Rhea Ripley and Mustafa Ali may be huge stars within the WWE world right now, but this wasn’t always the case. Actually, we may be seeing troubling waters abroad for one of them. The Rock reacts to Rhea Ripley’s post on social media.
Rhea had the following to say about coming from NXT to RAW, and being pulled from TV for weeks despite showing up at Raw live shows: “So, it’s actually kind of funny. My last few weeks have actually just been in catering. I’ve just been going to the Raw shows and I’ve just been chilling in catering, not really knowing what was really going on with me or what they had planned.
I just was eating too much (laughs) and that’s pretty much how it went for like weeks and then last week I found out, I want to say around 4 p.m., what was going on. Man, it was a shock to me as much as it is to everyone else. I was super surprised, super excited.”
Dave Meltzer chimed in on Mustafa Ali by stating the following for us to dive into: “It’s just like Retribution. None of those guys are better off. They don’t even exist anymore. I figured the Retribution thing was a way to write them off. Now Ali can be back as a job guy and the other guys have disappeared.” Harsh words from Dave.
