We noted before how WWE announced a Fabulous Moolah Battle Royal for WrestleMania 34 during this week’ episode of Raw, but it appears that this revelation is not sitting well with fans.
Many people over various social media channels have taken their account to complain about the company dedicating the match to Moolah claiming that she doesn’t deserve the honor.
Below are some of the top tweets made by the fans on the matter:

The Fabulous Moolah was a serial abuser. She made a career off the suffering and exploitation of women who trusted her with their lives & safety. She drugged women to keep them controlled. Sickening. https://t.co/ICl65ah1eO

Please change this. Mae Young. Sherri. Miss Elizabeth. Bertha Faye even. Not Moolah https://t.co/IdBbNZntVP

WWE didn’t have a TON of options if they wanted to make it the Dead Female Wrestler Memorial Battle Royal, but…Luna? Chyna? SHERRI MARTEL? They absolutely DID have have some very legitimate options, though.
I guess dying of a drug overdose is worse to them than being Moolah.

I am all for the Women having a Battle Royale at #Wrestlemania. Love it!
But if you’re going to name it after The Fabulous Moolah, just bring Hogan back already.
WWE needs to stop pretending it has standards at this point… #RAW @WrestlingInc

For those unaware, Moolah had been a controversial figure during her time. Her wrestling school was the central figure of all the accusations against her which includes serious allegations like sexual exploitation of the women who joined her academy.
