WWE Record ‘Fake Cheers’ For Hulk Hogan Return

The WWE Hall of Fame, unlike WrestleMania 37, will not have live fans, so anybody hoping to see Hulk Hogan get booed during the nWo’s induction will be disappointed, as ‘fake cheers’ have been recorded specifically for the nWo and other inductions already. WWE ‘canceled’ an nWo revival with a big name, as recently was reported.

Seba Diaz Feliz tweeted Sean Ross Sapp, “Last night in the #WWEThunderDome they made us record reactions for the WWE Hall Of Fame, they recording us laughing, crazy cheering, formal or polite applause and serious or intellectual listening.”

Eric Bischoff, Molly Holly, and other big names are set for induction this year. Batista has pulled out.

WWE will the April 2 SmackDown show on Thursday, April 1, and then tape the WrestleMania 37 go-home episode of SmackDown, airing on April 9th, on Friday, April 2nd, one week prior to it airing.

WWE will move to the Yuengling Center for a Thunderdome residency the night after WrestleMania for Raw on April 12th, as the Tampa Bay Rays will be taking back their baseball stadium.

The Yuengling Center was once known as the University of South Florida Sun Dome. The venue has a capacity of 10,411 when there are no COVID-19 protocols in place.
