WCW legend Bill Goldberg is slated to hang up his boots real soon and has been talking about booking himself a retirement tour in recent times. Reports suggest that the event might feature some legendary superstars.
Goldberg has been searching for his opponent for final match in the ring. It has come to light that he was hoping to get a retirement match from WWE, but it looks like that won’t be happening anytime soon. That being said, Goldberg vs Ryback was pitched within the company. The former WWE superstar Ryback also issued a formal challenge to Bill Goldberg.
He announced on Twitter that he expects to be medically cleared for action this summer. ‘The Big Guy’ wants to be Goldberg’s final opponent. Ryback was released by WWE in 2016 and has not been involved with pro wrestling. As he tries to get medically cleared soon, he might also pull some strings and have a bout against the pro wrestling veteran.
