This past Friday Night SmackDow, WWE confirmed the main roster promotion of Matt Riddle. The former NXT Tag Team Champion will be joining the blue brand moving forward.
According to a report from WrestleTalk, Riddle could be joined by another NXT Superstar in Dominik Dijakovic.
Dijakovic could be on his way to either RAW or SmackDown, as WWE plans to strengthen both their rosters.
Our sources have told us that along with Matt Riddle, Dominik Dijakovic will be heading to either RAW or SmackDown in the coming weeks. While his brand is not known, the plan as of right now is to move him on from NXT in the near future.- WrestleTalk suggested.
The current COVID-19 pandemic saw the departure of several WWE Superstars. The open spots left on the main roster could be filled by NXT Superstars.
Riddle is expected to make his SmackDown debut in the coming weeks. And, it remains to be seen if Dijakovic will join him or head to Monday Night RAW.
